Bio

Tosca de Jong is a systems strategist and writer who helps organisations make change cheap by fixing meaning first. She specialises in the semantic layer: a lightweight map of concepts, relationships, and decision rules that teams can reuse across products, data, and AI. Through a 90-minute model sprint, she turns glossary words into working grammar, cutting integration lead time, retiring duplicate metrics, and giving AI the context it needs to be useful. Her approach is deliberately practical: start with one messy metric or integration, capture the semantics, express them where people already work (contracts, views, BI semantics), and measure the rework you didn’t have to do. Tosca writes at futurescripted.com and is based between the Netherlands and Belgium.
